Zoom was performing a rebrand - everything from the logo to brand colors to internal and external presentation decks needed to be updated and in line with the new brand identity created by the Global Brand Team.
Solution
To support this effort, three calendars needed to be created - one for the internal teams which largely focused on production or updating of supporting materials; one for external customers and partners which was largely a marketing promotional calendar; and one for the executive teams that married the internal and external efforts in an easy to read format.
Results
The rebrand was a massive undertaking that required hard work from almost every team within the company but ultimately it was a huge success that garnered articles in multiple news publications, created a more visually appealing product for our customers and partners, and set up the brand for lush growth potential.
Led the development of comprehensive project timelines to support Zoom’s global brand relaunch, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, creative, product, and regional teams. Established clear milestones, dependencies, and deadlines to drive alignment and execution. Integrated Asana as the central project management tool, standardizing workflows and optimizing cross-functional collaboration. Delivered a structured, scalable approach that enabled on-time campaign launches and a cohesive brand rollout across global markets.
